Privacy notice

The short version: footballcasa doesn't track you. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. You can read every report without giving us anything.

Who we are

footballcasa.com is run by kashOnDaCounter, an independent football analytics project. For anything about your data, use the contact at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

• Browsing the site: nothing. Fonts, images and scripts are served from footballcasa.com itself. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and fault-finding, kept for a short period and never used to identify or profile you.
• Newsletter (optional): if you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider, Kit (kit.com), and used only to send you the newsletter. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Messages: if you contact us, we use what you send only to reply.

Third-party content

Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address like any image request. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when an article includes one. Links to YouTube, X and TikTok take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Lawful basis

Newsletter emails are sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Server logs are kept under legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and working).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The newsletter is for people aged 13 and over.
